Julie Moran, Senior Executive Counsel of Orlans PC, while attending the Five Star Diversity Symposium in Dallas, TX, had the opportunity to share remarks on the value of fostering diversity and inclusion in the real-estate and financial services legal industry.

Ms. Moran was a featured panelist focusing her message on inclusive leadership: diverse succession plans.

Ms. Moran specializes in regulatory compliance, general real estate, residential and commercial foreclosure, mortgage default, eviction and loan resolution.
Ms. Moran’s industry involvements include: The Real Estate Council of the MA Bar Association, the Compliance Committee of the MA Mortgage Bankers’ Association, Legal League 100, Americas Mortgage Banking Attorneys (USFN) where she is a member of the Legal Issues Committee. Julie is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and a member of the American Mortgage Diversity Council (AMDC).

She is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Charles River Community Health Center located in Boston, MA. Julie was appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts to the MA Housing Finance Agency’s
Home Ownership Advisory Committee, where she currently serves as the Co-Chair, which focuses on affordable housing and lending programs for first time home buyers. She is a volunteer lecturer for the City of Boston’s first time home buyer’s program and a founding member of Women Executives in Banking (WEB), a national organization providing education and career development support for women in mortgage banking. She is rated by Martindale-Hubbell as AV Pre-Eminent Rating in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards Award and has been a licensed attorney since 1981.
